Your Time To Shine Management
Nurturing the Next Generation of Young Performers
Welcome to Your Time To Shine Management!
Your Time To Shine Management is a specialist talent management agency dedicated to representing and developing young performers across theatre, television, film and commercial work.
Built on years of industry experience and rooted in one of the UK’s most respected youth performance brands, our management division exists to bridge the gap between training and professional opportunity — supporting young performers and their families every step of the way.
Our Philosophy
At Your Time To Shine Management, we believe representation should be personal, protective and purposeful.
We are not a high‑volume casting agency. We work with a carefully selected roster of young performers, allowing us to give each child the individual attention, guidance and advocacy they deserve.
Our focus is long‑term development — helping young performers grow in confidence, professionalism and skill, while ensuring their wellbeing, education and safeguarding are always prioritised.
WHAT WE DO
We represent children and young performers for:
Professional theatre productions
West End and touring shows
Television and film roles
Commercials and advertising campaigns
Voice‑over and digital content (where appropriate)
Beyond submitting for castings, we actively manage each performer’s career, offering advice on auditions, preparation, contracts and progression within the industry.
Built on Experience
Your Time To Shine has a long‑standing reputation for producing high‑quality youth theatre and performance opportunities, working with professional creatives and industry specialists.
Our management division builds on this foundation — combining real industry knowledge with an understanding of how to nurture young talent responsibly.
We know what casting teams are looking for, how productions operate, and how to prepare young performers for professional environments.
Selective Representation
We are intentionally selective about who we represent.
This ensures:
Focused, individual career guidance
Strong relationships with casting directors
Opportunities that genuinely suit each performer
A supportive, non‑pressured environment
Representation with Your Time To Shine Management is by application and is not guaranteed to all performers.
How to Apply
Important Information
Before applying, please read carefully:
Most castings take place after school, typically between 5:00pm – 6:00pm. However, the majority of professional work itself takes place during school hours. If you are not comfortable with your child occasionally missing school for work commitments, we kindly ask that you do not apply.
We consider applications for performers aged from age 4 up to 26 years old.
Please be aware that the majority of castings and bookings take place in London, often at short notice. An adult must be available to accompany your child to all castings and jobs.
To apply, please complete the application form below and upload 3 recent photographs of your child. This should include ONE headshots and one full-length photograph.
Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we regret that we are only able to contact applicants who are selected to progress further.
